We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@glamhouse.co.za to initiate a return. Note that hygiene products (opened lipsticks, mascaras, etc.) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
